Obviously it’s because they have limited time. Well – we all have limited time. We apply our resources (particularly time) to where our priorities are, and for everybody it's going to be different. At different stages of life, family, and career, we are going to allocate our time resources depending on where our goals are.

So when people come to Freedom Founders, I usually tell them, you need to have a practice that's running pretty efficiently. It's not perfect (it's never perfect) but it's not in a place where you need to put a lot more investment into it, and you’re not trying to expand it or grow multiple practices. You've got a good practice, have a good run rate, and have some discretionary capital coming out of it that you want to look at putting into alternative investments, which is what we do in Freedom Founders.

So if that's the case for you – then yes, it does take some time. However, the Freedom Founders community creates speed to goal. All the heavy lifting has already been done for you. I have created the knowledge base, the frameworks to teach, and the network connections to bring to our members. In fact, I have spent the last 40 years of my life connecting with people in the finance and real estate industry. 

So when people come to our community, it's speed to goal, but for our Elite members you don't come in and have me or somebody else just pick real estate deals from our community for you. You want to learn what you're doing, because the whole goal here is to make you an investor who is able to take some charge in your life instead of abdicating it like most people do – because, well, they just don't have time.

“Here, just give it to a financial advisor,” or, “Put it in a 401(k)”… it’s all totally passive—so passive that you have no control at all.

In Freedom Founders, we show you how to understand alternative investments, how to connect with the right people, how to do your own basic due diligence, and to understand what the goals are – income, growth, or a hybrid thereof.

It's a process. We condense time and make it easy, but you still have to put some time into it. So it depends on where you are, what your goals are, how much time you have to allocate – and really what it comes down to is what's important to you. It's not for me to decide.

Now, we can give you guidelines on how much time to put into it (perhaps a few hours per week), but the members that come into Freedom Founders find a run rate and a change in their life, a change in their financial acumen, a change in their financial freedom number multiple times over, in just the first year to year and a half with Freedom Founders.
