Let’s talk today about working smarter, not harder.
I know you have no problem doing work.
You’ve worked hard and persevered from grade school all the way through college, dental school, graduate school, maybe even a practice specialty – not to mention passing boards to get your license.
You’re not afraid of work – it just gets tiring to keep working so hard, right?
We miss the mark on so many things that aren’t passed down to us or taught in our formal education.
We aren’t learning the leverage points we can utilize once we get into our career of choice, our practice, or our business.
I learned the most about life and business principles from Real Estate Masterminds.
I learned from business owners about how to build a real business and not solely focus on being a technician.
I’m not saying you should give up on the technical skills you have spent so many years learning and using.
But if you only focus on those, you can’t get past a certain point in building wealth.
When you have capital assets that yield passive cash flow, you can transition out, slow down, and hop off the hamster wheel when you want, and how you want.
You need to learn how to leverage who you are – not just what you do.
